Capacities
Wincham Hall only accommodates one wedding per day. We can accommodate 100 guests for a sit down wedding breakfast and 150 for an evening reception. Alternatively we can provide a Marquee, which can accommodate upto 300 guests. Prices available upon request.

Exclusive Use
Should you require exclusive use of the hotel then this can be arranged for an additional charge. This will apply to all public areas within the hotel and restaurant. This does not include the bedrooms.

Miscellaneous
No corkage is allowed at the hotel
The bar closes at midnight
Music must finish at midnight
Taxis must be booked in advance, due to previous experience.

Booking
Should you wish to book your wedding here at Wincham Hall Hotel, we kindly ask that you complete a booking form and pay a booking fee of £300. This is non-refundable. We ask for your final numbers and menus 6 weeks prior to your wedding. This will generate an invoice, which we ask you to settle 3 weeks prior.

Menus
Children's meals area vailable for children under 12 years old. We can also cater for any special dietary requirements, if notified in advance.

Check-in
Guests can check into the hotel at 2.00pm on the day of arrival, Check-out is 10.30am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served between 9.00am and 10.00am at weekends. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the bedrooms at all times.
