About Wincham Hall Hotel
This elegant country residence offers the perfect setting for any occasion. Magnificent lawns, weeping willows and a picturesque pond, all set in six acres of landscaped gardens. This historic building has been of local interest for hundreds of years, and was even mentioned in the doomsday book of 1087.
Wincham Hall only accommodates one wedding per day. We can accommodate 100 guests for a sit down wedding breakfast and 140 for an evening reception. Alternatively you can provide a Marquee to be set within our grounds, which can accommodate upto 300 guests. .
No corkage is allowed at the hotel
The bar closes at midnight and all guests must vacate by 12.30am
Music must finish at midnight
Taxis must be booked in advance, due to previous experience.
Should you wish to book your wedding here at Wincham Hall Hotel, we kindly ask that you complete a booking form and pay a booking fee of £500. This is non-refundable. We ask for a further £500 3 months prior to your wedding. Your final numbers and menus are required 6 weeks prior to your wedding. This will generate an invoice, which we ask you to settle 3 weeks prior.
Children's meals are available for children under 12 years old. We can also cater for any special dietary requirements, if notified in advance.
Guests can check into the hotel at 2.00pm on the day of arrival, Check-out is 10.30am on the day of departure. Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am at weekends. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the bedrooms at all times.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast from 7am. Room was good with comfy bed. Very quiet. Ok to find from main road and ok for train station at Lostock Gralam. Ideal for overnight stay following Northwich Victoria v Faklkirk football match!
A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Very friendly people and very high standard of accommodation. Very easy commuting distance to Warrington and very easy to find. Overall a great stay reprsenting excellent value for money.
Overall our opinion was that The Wincham Hall offered excellent value for money. The staff we encountered on duty at both the wedding function we attended and in the dining and reception areas, were politely helpful and very accommodating. The spacious and hotel grounds and car parking facilties were a plus. When visiting the area again we would certainly ensure that The Wincham Hall is our first point of enquiry.
